Responsibilities
• working in a project team group focus on the information technology department of a bank
• In charge of the informationization construction of this department
• Primarily was responsible for writing and updating monthly e-newsletter including project work of banking business, daily banking news and trends at home and abroad.
• Effective communication with customers ensured my group to complete the work ahead of time. Customer orientation service was crucial to work.
• Arrangement of the manager meeting and do the meeting minutes
Achievement:
• Done 4 completed e-newsletter during internship on time.
• Collect nearly 100 items of bank technology news each week, organize, classify and translate them.
• Complete 4 bank business research during four month work, including the virtual bank and private bank.
